WebThe ICD-O-3 is a multiaxial classification, consisting of two main axes, the topography and the morphology of tumors. For the morphology there exist two additional axes, to differentiate behavior (benign/malignant) and grading of a tumor. The topography axis uses the ICD-10 classification of malignant neoplasms with some exceptions.
