WebSep 5, 2012 · I feel like i'm missing something, are the only real options between refreshing rupture and throwing another envenom on top of another envenom? I've mostly only played Combat and Sub pre-patch and only using Mut spec because its ridiculously OP at the moment, but really feels like I'm missing something.
