WebFidelity zero funds can only be held in Fidelity accounts. I thought that fidelity and td ameritrade went zero fee on stocks and etfs, so I assumed I would be able to. Can someone explain? They did, but that doesn't apply to mutual funds (5 letters with the last one as "X" are mutual funds). Edit: Typo WebI don’t like the Fidelity platform either. I do have a counter. The Merrill edge is a good platform. I just wonder if Schwab realizes it a lot of their customers might take off if they don’t like the conversion. I personally work with an individual in a TD office. And I think they are struggling to keep customers happy right now.
